The BallPark Pouch actually does what it says, no adjusting needed after diving off the boat. Liner keeps things cool even when it's 95 out. Only wish the waistband had one more loop, but that's minor.
Wore these for a full day of swimming and beach volleyball and the 4-way stretch shell never once felt restricting when I was diving for saves. The built-in pouch liner is the real standout though, no chafing at all after hours in wet shorts.
The liner actually keeps things cool when you're out of the water for a while, which I didn't expect. The 4-way stretch shell moves with you instead of bunching up on hikes down to the beach. Two months in and the pouch liner still sits right where it should.
