The lock fit actually stays put through a whole soccer match, no sliding down into my cleat. Cushioning is thin enough that my boots still feel snug, which I was worried about. Two washes in and they haven't stretched out at all.
The ball lock design really does keep these from sliding down during runs, which was my main issue with other socks. They stay snug without squeezing too tight at the arch. Honestly forgot I was wearing them by mile three.
I wore these for a full day of hiking and my feet didn't slide around in my boots once. The arch support is genuinely noticeable, which I wasn't expecting from a sock. Ordering two more pairs.
