The zip pockets actually hold my phone without bouncing, which I didn't expect from shorts this light. The 4-way stretch moves well through squats and lunges too.
Wore these for a full session of sprints and lifts and never once felt restricted, the 4-way stretch really does move with you. The laser-cut ventilation kept things from getting swampy, which I didn't expect from an unlined short.
The zip pockets are a game-changer for me—my phone stays put through every squat and sprint. That laser-cut ventilation actually keeps me cool even when the gym gets stuffy, and the shell is so light I forget I'm wearing shorts at all.
