I was skeptical about the cooling claim but the cotton-modal blend actually feels noticeably cooler than my regular trunks. The pouch keeps everything in place without needing constant adjusting, which I didn't realize I was missing.
Wore these on a 90-degree moving day and honestly forgot I had them on. The cotton-modal blend feels way softer than my old pairs, and the pouch actually keeps things from shifting around.
Finally, underwear that actually stays cool after a full workday—the cotton-modal blend is soft and the BallPark Pouch keeps everything comfortably in place without bunching.
